Service Agreement

By scheduling appliance repair services with Zipfix Appliance, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include diagnostic evaluation, repair recommendations, and professional appliance repair for residential customers in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Warranty Coverage

All repairs performed by Zipfix Appliance are backed by a comprehensive 6-month warranty on both parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Diagnostic Policy

Our experienced technicians will perform a thorough diagnostic evaluation of your appliance. If you choose not to proceed with recommended repairs, a diagnostic fee may apply. We provide upfront pricing for all services before beginning any work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All prices quoted are final unless additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We offer same-day and next-day service appointments. Please provide at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Emergency service may be available for urgent repairs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses resulting from appliance failure or repair delays.

Service Areas

We provide appliance repair services throughout Seattle, Eastside communities including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and the Everett area. Service availability may vary by location.
